Pollution
Air, Land, and Water Pollution
As man has become more industrialized, he has also polluted the Earth just as much if not many times more. Pollution is major problem and will continue to be a problem that men must face. Pollution is so problematic because it is caused by everyone from people to industries and the pollution affects the land, air, and water sources in various levels. Everyday activities that all people go through cause pollution such as mowing the grass and driving the car. All these little processes pollute and when multiplied by the number of people in the world, the amount of pollution is incalculable. This pollution not only affects nature but can cause weather changes, kill wildlife, destroy nature, and eventually kill man himself.
Some of the major pollutants include gases like carbon dioxide that pollute that air and deplete the ozone and non-biodegradable products that plastics that never degrade into the environment but rather clog it and kill wildlife. Cars and other products that burn fossil fuels are used every day and are a major focus of industrializing nations which means these developing countries will add even more pollution. Coal is another major pollutant that releases tons of carbon dioxide into the air and coal factories that produce energy are still popping up around the world. Non-biodegradable plastics are still being used in water bottles, bottle holders, children's baby, bottles, and tons of other products and are still flooding the environment in record numbers. This is just a small sample of the pollution affecting the world and although some solutions are available, there is just too much pollution, no effective resolutions, and too much non-biodegradable products.
